Picassos @ Play's art studio is the perfect location for you next private event. The studio is light, bright, and is a blank canvas for your next celebration. The studio is open for any theme and any age. It is truly is a custom experience.
With our Art Party Packages, you and your guests will have the opportunity to unleash your inner artist under the guidance of our experienced and talented art instructors. We offer a wide range of art activities, including painting, air dry pottery, mixed media and more. We offer a wide range of STEM activities, including Slime Lab, Lego Challenges, Lava Lamp Making, Design your own Catapults, Bridges & More. Endless possibilities, allowing you to choose the medium that suits your group's age and interests the best.
One of the key benefits of our Art Party Package is the opportunity to explore your creativity in a relaxed and social atmosphere. Our art instructors will provide step-by-step guidance, making it easy for beginners and ensuring everyone has a chance to create something truly unique and meaningful.
Not only will you have the chance to create beautiful artworks, but our Art Party Package also encourages bonding and connection among your guests. Sharing the creative process together fosters collaboration and strengthens relationships, making it a perfect choice for team-building events or social gatherings.
HOW
Options to fit every need
Every party starts with an idea, a date and a milestone to celebrate. We work with you from the beginning to understand what your ideas are, what goals you have, what date you have in mind, and what milestone you are celebrating. - Birthdays, Team Building Event, Social Gathering, and more
From there we agree on date and you decide which party package best works for you. We have 3 options
1) Flat Rental Fee. This option is best suited for those who want to do everything on their own and just need a space. Picassos at Play are not providing anything more than just the space. This option is well suited for photographers and complete DIYers.

$150, 2 hour minimum.
2) Art Party Package. – Most Popular! This option is best suited for those who have an idea and need help executing it. Includes studio rental (Include the lounge, cafe, and main area), dedicated art/STEM instructor, themed art/STEM stations, Step by Step art/STEM project per theme, all materials, balloons, reception table and name banner. All art and STEM projects is for everyone to take home. Food and Beverage is "bring your own" unless you choose the option for us to take care of it. Optional add ons include: goodie bags, custom art aprons, Instagram Photo Background and more!

$400 for 2 hour total time with set up & breakdown. +/– Additional Add Ons as Optional.
3) Custom Everything. This option is best suited those who have no idea and don't want to lift a single finger. We work with the details you do have and create a memorable experience.

Starts $500
A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date. Complete party balance is due to 3 days prior to party date. Failure to do this will cancel to party.

The next steps is to
- Fill out the form for us to review your ideas, your goals, possible dates, and what milestone you are celebrating for example: 6th Birthday party, Private Moms Paint and Sip, or Team Building Event.
- Decide on a theme. If you need help, we are here for that!
- Non-refundable deposit due at the time details are agreed upon.
- Complete party balance is due in the studio at the beginning of your event. Gratuity not included.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
In order to have the best experience...
Is knowing all the details. Here are some important information to know:
- Private Studio time: 2 hours.
- 15 minutes for your prep before the party starts. 1 hour 30 minutes of party time. 15 minutes of clean up.
- Overtime fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past the agreed end time.
- All of our parties include a Step by Step lead Art Project, unless noted.
- All of our parties are catered to all ages, from crawlers to seniors.
- Max participants for kids is 10-12 kids.
- Max participants for adults varies get in touch with us.
- Unless noted all kid parties are strictly drop off. Any additional adults in the studio will be charged an extra headcount fee.
- Extra headcount fee is $30 each, for kids & adults. We work so hard to prepare for a successful party for the agreed party count.
- For kid parties, there is a limit of adults in the studio during the activities. Depending on party size, activities, and age range we do our very best to accommodate all needs while providing the best possible experience.
- Parents of guests are encouraged hang out at the patio below and give our neighbors your patronage. Everyone, including parents of party guests are welcomed back into the studio for cake & singing.
- Studio availability is seasonal. During the school year, the studio is mostly available during the weekends. Reach out to us for availability.
- All art created is to take home to enjoy and share!
